Our custom blend come in two thicknesses made up of premium primal cuts specially selected for our burger blend. These patties are ground in-house, made into a perfect patty shapes, and frozen immediately ensuring that the final product has the right taste, bite, and consistency every time when you’re ready to enjoy them.

Cooking method
 
You don’t have to eat your burgers underdone to keep it juicy and delicious. Make sure you get a nice crust and bring your internal temperature to a safe 71 *C (160 *F).
