This burger blend is something we’ve been working on for some time. Although our famous 45ers are already a hit, we wanted to bring our burger knowledge and our experience with understanding the many flavours of different cuts together to make something even more exiting! This blend consists of short rib, picanha, and chuck aged between 60 and 90 days. Although the dry aged flavours are very present due to the deep aging of the cuts, it is at the same time well balanced by the distinct flavour profile of each individual cut that was aged to its sweet spot.

Cooking method
The secret to making a great dry aged burger is that there is no secret. As like any other burger, make sure you get a good sear, season with S&P and maybe some garlic powder, add your favorite buns and topping and you’re all set.
